Lena Drubel's journey is a great example of how curiosity, seizing opportunity and continuous learning can shape a leadership career. She began her career at Deutsche Telekom as a trainee, an experience that laid the foundation for the leadership path she's on today. Being a strong networker, Lena joined the Femtec Alumnae (now Curia) early on in her career.

Now, as VP Consumer AI, Lena leads one of Deutsche Telekom's most forward-looking technology areas, bringing AI innovations to millions of customers. Along the way, she has learned that successful innovation isn't just about technology, but also about the people behind it.

That belief is reflected in one of her guiding principles:
