Development programs for experts and managers
LevelUP!NextGen is our four-month intensive talent program for future leaders preparing for their first non-executive leadership roles—whether disciplinary, agile, or functional—and for tech and digital experts aiming to grow personal and business skills for more complex tasks.
The program includes flexible 24/7 e-learning, optional face-to-face sessions, specialized training, expert insights, virtual learning groups for reflection and collaboration, and valuable networking opportunities.
The Global Talent Hub is Deutsche Telekom’s pipeline for high potentials to grow into executive roles or advance with intermediary steps. It serves as an incubator and launchpad, offering visibility at group level, connecting talents with key business leaders, and accelerating careers toward future leadership.
