What inspires you most about working at Telekom?
"I’m inspired by the fact that my work has impact and is valued. After parental leave, I returned because I wanted to – and was greeted with “We’ve been waiting for you.” That trust, combined with the freedom to deliver projects with value for others, motivates me every day. Here, I can develop technology that’s not only modern, but truly brings people closer together."

How has your career grown since joining the company?
"I started as a working student and, over 10 years, grew through various roles to now lead B2C quality assurance."
What impact does your work have on society, customers, etc.?
"My work ensures customer experience stays at the heart of T-Mobile. Through the CX strategy, I create opportunities for employees across departments to meet customers, hear stories, and understand needs. These experiences shift perspectives, remove barriers, and build stronger connections, making sure we care for and respond to the people we serve."
How has your career grown since joining the company?
"I started with no technical background after graduation and evolved from UNIX Administrator to Senior Cloud Architect. My journey through AWS specialization and DevOps Engineering has led me to my current role in Rapid Prototyping."
What advice would you give to someone considering joining Telekom, and how would you describe the company in one word?
