Terms and conditions of participation for the "AirPods Max 2026 Instagram" competition

1. Organizer of the competition; Information provided

The organizer of competitions on the telekomgroup.careers channel on Instagram is Deutsche Telekom AG, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 140, 53113 Bonn, Germany. Any competitions are in no way connected to Instagram / Meta Platforms Inc. and are in no way endorsed or organized by Instagram / Meta Platforms Inc. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram / Meta Platforms Inc., but Deutsche Telekom AG. The information provided will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competitions and to notify participants of a possible win. Any comments or complaints about the competitions should be addressed exclusively to the organizer. The prerequisite for participation is that the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Duration of the competition

Thursday 05.02. 9:00 a.m. - Wednesday 11.02. 9:00 a.m.

3. Eligibility

Only natural persons who are 18 years old at the time of the respective competition and have their permanent residence in Europe are eligible to participate.
Minors may only participate in the respective competition with the consent of their legal representative. The consent of the legal representative must be proven to the organizer at the request of the organizer. Employees of Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries are excluded from participating in the competitions. By participating in the competitions, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation and takes note of the data protection information.  In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the respective competition.

4. Participation

The participant must "like" the respective competition post, mention at least one other Instagram account in the comments, and follow the Instagram channel telekomgroup.careers.

Only one entry per competition is possible.

5. Deadline for entries

The possibility of participation in the competition ends on 11.02.2026 9:00 a.m., as described in 2.. Comments received after the closing date will not be considered for the competition.

6. Time and method of notification of the winner

The notification of the winner will be sent after the end of the competition as a reply comment to the winner. In it, the winner will be asked to send us a reply with the following information via private message: Name and address to send the prize. After the winner has provided their name and address via private message on Instagram after notification of the winner, the prize will be sent by post to the address provided. The response to the notification of the prize and the transmission of the information required for dispatch must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the notification of the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be raffled again among the other participants.

7. Prize Details

Apple AirPods Max

A cash payment of the prizes is excluded. The winner is not entitled to payment of the prizes in kind or exchange of the prizes for another item. The prizes are not transferable to any person other than the participant.

8. Extraordinary termination options for the organizer

There is no entitlement to participation. The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from the competition immediately for good cause. This is the case in particular in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation and, above all, in the event of completed or attempted manipulation of the competitions or attempted disruption or influence on the proper course of the game.

9. Data protection information

The personal data collected in the context of participation in the competitions will be processed by Deutsche Telekom AG for the purpose of conducting the competitions and notifying the winners. The legal basis for the processing is Art 6 I b) GDPR. 10. Legal recourse
