"My work ensures customer experience stays at the heart of T-Mobile. Through the CX strategy, I create opportunities for employees across departments to meet customers, hear stories, and understand needs. These experiences shift perspectives, remove barriers, and build stronger connections, making sure we care for and respond to the people we serve."
How does your work have an impact and which projects do you enjoy most?
“I design HR processes in our app to be user-friendly, so colleagues can manage time tracking, expenses, or vacation planning directly on their phones. Every project, from small tools to major customer solutions, brings exciting challenges and the chance to work with amazing people.”
