Tasks

As Strategic Account Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare for GKV'n (Payor), you manage and orchestrate sales engagement for selected customers in the health insurance segment and act as a central point of contact. You know what your customers need and know their growth potential. With a convincing digitization strategy in the ICT and cloud sector, you can make us and your customers even more successful. You will also take on special tasks at Health Vertical as part of acquiring new customers.

Interesting tasks from your area of activity:

You take the lead in orchestrating and implementing a strategic solution sale for GKV customers and are responsible for all customer-related activities of the opportunity and bid team.
You act as a point of contact and serve the individual needs of your customers based on excellent knowledge of your customers, their stakeholders and their business as well as their overall and technology strategy
You identify future trends in the cloud, application, consulting and security environment and maintain partner relationships with market players and management consultancies
You make independent acquisitions of new and existing customers and maintain business relationships with the relevant customer decision makers/contacts

Profil

You have a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience.
Sales or consulting experience working with service providers in the healthcare sector with verifiable success (at least 5 years)
You have extensive and long-standing experience in the area of statutory health insurance
Very good know-how in healthcare, in particular in health insurance processes and, in addition, the cross-sectoral interface between health insurance and healthcare players
Knowledge of the challenges of health insurance management (financing, public procurement law, customer focus, range of services, innovation management) is desirable
You have the necessary willingness to travel, as well as fluent German and English skills.
Last but not least: You need regular variety and new challenges — high “customer airtime” is also important for you

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
