Job description

You are a confident sales assistant in the Telekom Shop team. During consultations, you will impress as someone who understands customers, applies their specialist knowledge effectively and brings our product range to life.

As a sales assistant in the Telekom Shop, you will take on the following tasks:

You will advise on and sell standard products and services
You will address customer enquiries
You will process customer orders in accordance with system guidelines and manage data maintenance
You will support sales promotion activities in the region as directed

Requirements

You have completed vocational training or have equivalent professional experience.

You also possess the following knowledge and skills:

A confident manner and a passion for sales
Knowledge of the Telekom product range or a willingness to acquire this knowledge
A high degree of goal-orientation, commitment, flexibility and resilience
Willingness to adjust working hours to standard shop opening times and customer footfall
A well-groomed appearance
Sales and negotiation skills
