Your Profile

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with experience in IT security, contract management, and strong communication skills who can maintain customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Must Have Skills

Degree in economics of information management or adequate working experience in similar position
ITIL Foundation certificate and/or adequate working experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience as a Service Delivery Manager
Fluent in English (both written and verbal at least B2 level)
Fluent in German (both written and verbal at least C1 level)
Proven track of experience in contract management and negotiation
Strong communication and presentation skills to Executive Management audience
Time management and prioritizing skills
Experience in the field of IT Security
Familiarity with various IT security products and services

Nice to Have Skills

Basic financial knowledge (e.g. forecasts, invoices, SAP)
Fluent English at C1 level or higher
Experience with German customers with international locations
Experience with international customers
Experience in transformation/transition projects in the IT/TC sector
Experience with T-Systems internal tools
