A livestream that connects - globally and in real time

“This could not have been an email.” With this creative concept, a format was developed that broke conventions. A 60-hour global livestream brought together 130 colleagues from 12 countries, hosted by content creator RedHeadBegins. Instead of a standard video call, Telekom focused on real interactions and authentic insights into daily work. The livestream even set a TikTok record, capturing widespread attention.


Transforming employer branding - authentic and impactful

The results speak for themselves: hundreds of thousands of interactions, social snippets that extended reach, and most importantly, genuine connections with potential talent worldwide. The EVP “Create connections that matter” was brought to life in an authentic and engaging way.


Out of more than 230 submissions, Telekom took the top spot, winning Gold at the Employer Branding Award DACH 2026. The award highlights Telekom’s approach to employer branding: authentic, approachable, and globally relevant.
